Launch of
Asset Management Best Practices Exchange – Capital Cities
Repeatable Success Stories from the United Nations, Washington, D.C., Australia, Canada, and other participating countries. Announcement of how multiple Asset Management associations will assist the United Nations, DC Government and its 14 Capitol Sister Cities in implementing Asset Management Best Practices. DC Government CFO, Glen Lee, will attend the reception. He will invite DC Secretary Kimberly A. Basset, and DC City Council Chair Phil Mendelson to the reception. We also will invite officials from the Embassies of 14 Sister Cities and officials from other Embassies. Officials from the Embassy of Australia have said they will attend.

Working with our colleagues at the Linux Foundation’s Coalition for Smarter Buildings, we will showcase the repeatable success of AI approaches as demonstrated at the PAE Livable Building. The link between measurable benefits of AI in Federal Asset Management will be showcased by invited federal agencies and implementors of publicly available, repeatable processes.

Staff of U.S. Senators and Representatives will be presented short phrases about Asset Management that have been used in past U.S. bills and in Australia that can be used as needed.
