The U.S. House of Representatives is holding a live web hearing on Assessing the State of America’s Seaports Wednesday 19 January at 2 pm Eastern at this link. Included as witnesses are Christopher Connor, President and Chief Executive Officer, American Association of Port Authorities; Eugene Seroka, Executive Director, Port of Los Angeles; Stephen Edwards, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Port of Virginia; and Richert Self, Executive Director, Port of Lake Charles. Seaports are obviously critical to logistics and supply chain issues necessary for effective asset management.
