The 2020 Federal Employee Viewpoint Evaluation was published this week and, not surprisingly revealed a dramatic increase in teleworking. Before the pandemic 3% of federal workers teleworked. In 2020 the number of teleworkers was 59%. Also, 87% responded affirmatively to, “I know how my work relates to the agency’s goals.” Over 80% of responding Federal employees agree that the people they work with cooperate to get the job done and their agency is successful at accomplishing its mission – a critical ISO 55001 item.
