Moshe Nelson is Grant Thornton’s Public Sector Asset Management Solution Lead and an active ALN Senior Fellow. At Grant Thornton, Nelson is a member of the leadership team and leads the company’s work with the Department of State. He also leads Grant Thornton’s Asset Management Solution team.

Framework

GAO Report 20-100SP is titled “Disaster Resilience Framework: Principles for Analyzing Federal Efforts to Facilitate and Promote Resilience to Natural Disasters.” The framework includes three principles, Information, Integration and Incentives. The framework “pairs” well with ISO 55000.
