Moshe Nelson is Grant Thornton’s Public Sector Asset Management Solution Lead and an active ALN Senior Fellow. At Grant Thornton, Nelson is a member of the leadership team and leads the company’s work with the Department of State. He also leads Grant Thornton’s Asset Management Solution team.


GAO Resilience

GAO Report 20-100SP is titled “Disaster Resilience Framework: Principles for Analyzing Federal Efforts to Facilitate and Promote Resilience to Natural Disasters.” The framework includes three principles, Information, Integration and Incentives. The framework “pairs” well with ISO 55000.


The Property

Four people with ALN A55K Professional Certification wrote the August cover story for The Property Professional on ISO 55000 and creating a culture of excellence around asset management. The authors, Steve Holland, Alex Barenblitt, Susan Morrill and Sabrina Nguyen, are all colleagues at LMI Consulting.

reStructuring America is the 2020 ALN web forum of ideas, best practices, case studies and information that can be immediately useful to organizations. Starting on October 6, 2020 the web forum will feature programs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until October 22, 2020.
