Infrastructure Data Success
| The success of U.S. federal infrastructure legislation leads to a series of critical decision making that can be assisted with blended data – the combination of previously collected data sources. However, there is also a heightened need for responsible stewardship for that data and new data generated as projects move forward. The National Academies has published “Toward a 21st Century National Infrastructure: Managing Privacy and Confidentiality with Blended Data” to provide a framework for managing the unique issues generated with blended data. The report draws on recent legislation, regulations, and guidance to highlight opportunities and assess risks. |

| Contribute to Sustainable Development |
| The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has established ISO/PC 343 – Sustainable Development Goals Management to standardize processes for repeatable successes. There are two work programs at this time that will: 1) establish requirements for; and 2) create guidelines for contributing to UN Sustainable Development Goals Management Systems. Denmark is the secretariat for ISO/PC 343. In the U.S., ANSI is coordinating volunteer involvement. Contact the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) at ISOT@ansi.org.
