Jacobs: Challenging today.
Reinventing tomorrow.

People

Amanda Briggs and Allen Blair are retired officers who served in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force where they addressed sexual abuse and harassment in addition to their military duties. Separately, they provided group education, individual assistance, established training programs and more. As civilians, they have launched Briggs & Blair Consulting to educate organizations about the financial costs, lack of retention, loss of reputation, and brand degradation that can occur when an organization does not have a culture that addresses wellness issues, including sexual harassment. Please join us for this hard look at challenging and highly important intangible asset management issues. Register at this link.

The ALN is not the only organization looking at AI. As part of a series of articles addressing Artificial Intelligence, the Harvard Business Review has published a highly informative look at how generative AI will change the way businesses operate and serve clients. Looking beyond the limited scope of what AI cannot do at this point, this article shows how to look at ways to use this powerful tool set to achieve organizational missions in new and considerably improved ways. Thank you to Kimon Onuma, President, ONUMA, Inc., for pointing us to the article.
