Jacobs: Challenging today.
Reinventing tomorrow.

People

Steve Wyton, is Manager, Asset Management Planning, Capital Priorities & Investment, The City of Calgary. He really doesn’t have much experience – kidding – he has been working for more than 30 years in asset management for Calgary. First, he worked for Calgary Housing Company and then for the City itself. His current position is only 11 months old and resulted from an increased awareness of how asset management can solve problems for citizens and organizations in Calgary. Mr. Wyton will be discussing that increased awareness and how it shapes Calgary’s clear understanding of how asset management improves mission outcomes. Register at this link.

Harvest Your BIM

Cyril Verley, CEO and President of CDV Systems, an ALN Organizational Member, developed the concept of “Harvesting BIM” as a means for getting information about equipment and personal property out of a Building Information Model. His presentation with Kimon Onuma, President, ONUMA, Inc. on Thursday 29 June at 4 pm Eastern, will show how owners don’t have to think of facility assets and personal property assets in separate silos. Plan for management of all of your assets in a systematic way to improve outcomes. Register at this link.
