Jack Kelly – ALN Th@3

Jack Kelly was with the Office of Management and Budget when he worked with GSA, DOD and other agencies to establish the City Pair Program airline flight purchasing initiative in 1980. When the program started it covered 11 markets. The GSA reports it now covers 13,000 markets and is projected to save the federal government $2.4 billion in fiscal 2024. https://youtu.be/BU3D2KvAHqI
